Booking experience was quite easy, I really liked the calendar availability view. The search display could have been better, it would have been great to view results on a map.

It was a special experience staying in a historic cottage. Fully equipped and clean. the bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable and dangerous.

Good evening Thank you for your review. We're sorry to read you were disappointed with some aspects of the cottage. It's a shame as it has just undergone a complete refurbishment. We have asked the local team to think about a fridge/freezer. The adjacent cottage is not a holiday cottage so they will have their own WiFi. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
