Hi William, Sorry to hear you are upset about your recent order. Our records indicate that we called you roughly 3 hours after you placed your order online to inform you the item was out of stock and would be shipping directly from the vendor. Your inbox would not accept a voicemail so we followed up with a email. A couple days ago the parts shipped (admittedly towards the tail end of the shipping window we sent you) and another email was sent to follow up with tracking information. We ask that you please give us a call and/or email us next time you have concerns about a order so we can resolve any issues ASAP.
