I looked into your order details and see that your parts were not able to be shipped on the same business day that the order was placed. We apologize for the inconvenience but sometimes our shipping department can experience random fluctuations in order volume that we cannot always account for. However, your parts did leave our building the next business day and arrived at your door 4 business days later. I looked into getting your shipping costs refunded since you were unsatisfied with our service, but it seems that you already got free shipping and used a discount code when placing your original order.
