Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback about your order. We talked with you on the phone a couple times and you know we ran into a inventory issue with the manufacturer. Occasionally we run into problems with our suppliers that we cannot control and this is when our customer service team will reach out to you, the customer, with updates about your order status. With your order this was not the case and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. However, we were glad we could get in touch with you and are happy to hear that a solution was worked out with the manufacturer.
