Many thanks for your feedback. We apologise for the delay in you receiving your order. Unfortunately, we had an enormous amount of orders following the article about our product in the Daily Mail and there was a delay in sending some orders out. We usually offer free next day delivery for orders over £50, but were unable to guarantee this following the article and flagged the delay on our website. Best wishes ProVen Probiotics

Many thanks for your feedback. I can see that my colleague has contacted you regarding returning the unopened packs, which is of course no problem. Regarding the symptoms of bloating - with a small number of people, friendly bacteria can lead to an increase in bloating initially, although this usually subsides within two weeks.
