I decided to change my rating to 4 stars because I have been refunded for the order I didn't want. However, I only received it after posting a negative review. Also, unless the company sent a message by carrier pigeon that I may have missed, I still claim no one has contacted me. I don't have any missed phone calls from them and I haven't received any emails, neither in my inbox or spam.
