We are sorry to hear you feel this way - we did try to help you as quickly as possible re. your issue with the discount code and offered an alternative when the original wasn't working for you. Re. delivery times, our standard service is 3-5 working days. We are a small business fulfilling orders ourselves so unfortunately are unable to compete with larger businesses offering next day delivery service, but are able to offer much larger promotions and added extras, such as the free protein bar offer.
