Hi John, As per the details shown on our website, our offices and warehouse were closed over the Christmas break (19th Dec - 3rd Jan) so no orders were being dispatched during this time. Your order came in after the Christmas delivery cut off (15th) so we weren't able to get it out in time for pre- Christmas delivery or before our festive closure. Your order is at the top of the list on our system so should be dispatched today/early tomorrow. Kind rgeards, Pulsin HQ
