Your Puronics System

Scott did a great job installing and answering my questions but the product itself did not really soften my water. I got the clarius CP non salt based. I did not feel any changes at all.

Technician Erick went above and beyond. I highly recommend Puronics. My water is clean, and tastes great.

They do not honor their promises and they apologize for shoddy installation but will charge 350 bucks to replace and advise that if I do the repair it will negatively effect the warranty

As a 10 year customer I am quite satisfied.

Hass to be serviced too often

It’s good but very expensive

The water in Brentwood CA is extremely "hard". We couldn't be without this system.

My salt free water system is great as far as I can tell. I'm still seeing a slight scale build up in our faucets. Should send a tech to retest our water. Also due to our not so good experience with
