Very pleased how puronics handled our issue with our softener. Once we called, we had a replacement installed within a week. Scott did a great job installing the softener and explaining the features.

Puronics systems have always been efficient, but I feel they just keep improving each year.

I did not make a purchase at this time.

I don't know anything about bacterstat. I guess the purchase was just fine.

The unit works OK but what a super high cost to recharge it
