Thank you for your feedback.  We have researched your file and found that  you have had your system for 16 years.  This particular service call included the normal filter change for your under-counter system, and an additional filter that needs to be changed your whole house system that had not been changed in many years.  We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction.  Please contact our GM Jeff Atkinson at 925-456-1605 and he will get you satisfied.
