Service is good but very expensive service with a lot of up selling other services. Why do people do that?

The product is good but again very expensive to have it service, $255 is to high for something very simple to do if you have the equipment, I'm paying for the service not the equipment.

The service person was very helpful in explaining improvements we needed to make. Example: putting in a new pressure tank and how to drain the water heater to improve it efficiency.
