We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback, it is important to us and helps us to improve. We understand that you would be concerned to find them in the sun, and it is frustrating to have had your delivery instructions ignored - we have fed this back to DPD and wholeheartedly agree that this should not have been overlooked. Rest assured that we package our cupcakes in cool bags with an ice pack at this time of year to ensure that they withstand transit and the cupcakes will be fine to eat and will stay fresh for at least 5 days at room temperature.
