Hi Carla, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am so sorry to hear that the parcel was damaged. We have spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging to make sure our items arrive in a perfect condition and I am sorry that this was not the case for your order. I have searched our system but can see you never contacted us with regards to this damage. If we were notified we would have moved towards trying to rectify this for you.
