Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased that the website was easy to use. It is a shame that the delivery driver didn't take note of the instructions, thankfully we do pack our cupcakes in a foil bag which would have protected them from the elements and we hope that your recipent enjoyed the cakes. We will certainly pass this onto our courier, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. We hope to welcome you back again in the future 🧁
