Customer feedback is really important to us and I do really appreciate you taking the time to review the products you received. Our cakes are freshly made to order and kept cool during transit to make sure our product arrive in a perfect condition. We are very sorry that this wasn’t the situation for you. It is our company policy to send a replacement box if one of our boxes has been damaged or in poor condition. It is my understanding that our team has offered to send you a replacement box as way of apology and that this issue is now resolved.
