Although the Hotel is a little tired the staff are excellent the food was excellent and the whole tour was great... we had a very enjoyable holiday

From booking the holiday to the service by the tour managers actually on tour, I cannot fault Railtrail. Also, the service at the Wernergerode hotel was especially nice as staff took an interest in us
