We enjoyed the tour but felt the tour manager was not always on the ball. The hotel was good but the food there was only mediocre. We felt that Railtour handled the threatened rail strike very well

We like the concept of an all inclusive rail holiday. We have found that a lot of interesting avents are packed into a short holiday. The overall quality of a specific holiday rests very much with the tour manager ans so it is very important that this person knows what they are doing and hwo to communicate well with the clients.
