Unfortunately, the changes made to the itinerary were a result of circumstances beyond our control, and we made every effort to ensure that our planned tour itinerary was followed as closely as possible. In this case, this did involve using coaches, and we understand that this affected your personal situation more than most on the trip. Travel by rail is always our preference where possible.
