I ordered size 4socks on the junior page in the uk size 4 is for aged 7/8 not an adult size.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that an email was sent to you on the 17.12.2014 at 4:26pm asking for the item to be returned back to us, so we could add the printing for you, however it does not appear that the shirt was returned. Please can you advise if the shirt was in fact returned to us and what date and we will then be able to look further into this for you? Kind Regards Customer Services
