Everytime I call there is such a long wait. Friday I waited nearly an hour.
The phone message is that there is always higher than average flow of calls.
My response to this is to hire more people.

In general the website is easy to use. But it now contains ALOT of photos / videos. These are not helpful, they just take up space. The website crashes more often than the old one did.
