I wanted a single room but even 14 months out it said "waitlisted" so I ended up calling to speak with someone about it. Also found out that I couldn't sign up for a double and have a roommate assign
Easy to navigate the website and enroll. Had no problems. Never have had problems learning about the RS programs, nor registering for them (11 RS programs).
I rated R.S. online service three stars because the most important feature I seek is to be able to make payments online, a feature that is not available to me at this time.
Site offers a large number of options in a clear fashion. Easy to follow(even for old coots)
One area lacking that used to be on site: You could choose trips with in a certain distance from your zi
So far so good. Have not gone a trip yet. Have the info pack to Australia but nothing on New Zealand package. Will cancel Australia trip if New Zealand trip is canceled.
