Hello there. I am sorry to hear that there was a delay in receiving your order. We dispatched your order 2 days after it was placed and it was received on the 21st December. I would suggest that your order was delayed by the delivery service who were also very busy over the Christmas period. We hope that next time you should receive your order much quicker!

Given that I phoned to ask for refund on 3 of the 7 items I ordered, staff were apologetic and helpful, and facilitated refund speedily.
