Great items but after requesting changes to my order, which were made quickly and efficiently, I'm pretty sure I was forgotten as only after sending an email a week later were my items despatched.

Hi Lauren Thank you very much for your review of Sass & Belle - rest assured your order wasn't forgotten after you contacted us to make changes - you ordered during our busiest ever week, much busier than we had planned for and so our dispatch time increased slightly - all orders placed that week took almost a week to be dispatched, rather than our usual 2-4 days, so apologies for this.
