Hi Katie Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on 30th November and we dispatched it on the 5th December which is outside the 2-4 days we quote for dispatch time. I'm really sorry about this - we had a far greater volume of orders than we had planned for at the end of November and it took us a few days to catch up. Unfortunately it looks like Royal Mail then took longer to deliver your item than usual. We send on a 48 hour service, but once we hand parcels over to them, it's out of our control I'm afraid. I hope you'll order with us again - we're usually very prompt at delivery, as you'll see from many of our other reviews. Kind Regards Lianne
