I was looking for something a little different for presents. Sass &Belle have some lovely gifts. Quick delivery. Well packaged. I liked the little extra touch - a thank you card and a catalogue.

Hi Sally Thank you for your feedback. I can assure you we did apply the discount for the Mr & Mrs Mugs - unfortunately our website just combines all discounts together when more than one is applied, so it's not overly clear, but for clarification: Your order total before discount was £36. We then applied the £2 discount for the mugs, making the order total £34. We then applied the 20% discount, taking the order to £27.20, which is what you paid. I have spoken to our customer services team, and they will be in touch regarding the missing item - we are rather busy at the moment, but they should get back to you later today. Kind Regards Lianne
