My purchase of a tall step ladder arrived within seven days , The step ladder is great , re stability & weight & folds away in a very small space ! Very pleased with them .

The sheets and towels were fine, just what I wanted but the needle threader didn't work. I returned it via Evri following their instructions and checked by the woman in the shop but this has been lost
