the hotel was friendly and comfortable for a single person and the restaurant was very reasonable if I did not want to go out. The staff worked very hard.

Poor at reception, no smile or words of welcome, no receipt for visitor tax or safe. . Seemed muddled when we asked for safe deposit back . We asked for an upstairs room and were given a ground floor

Lack of personal and helpful attitudes by reception staff.
