I can see from the questionnaire you completed that your travelling times to the hotel and when returning home, were longer than anticipated, although we do not give specific details of this in the information we provide. Travel times can of course, be affected by flight delays and any delays with baggage and as you may be aware from recent media coverage, many airports are experiencing problems due to staff shortages, which may have contributed to the delays you experienced.
