Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

So sorry some areas of the hotel were not as you had expected. There is no official classification system for hotels in Cape Verde and therefore our 4.5 grading of the Iberostar is based on standards within the islands and feedback from our guests. The rainy season in Cape Verde does encourage numerous flies and the hotels do their best to deal with these but it is inevitable that some will find their way into the restaurant areas. I hope you were able to enjoy your holiday overall, despite the issues raised.
