Thank you for taking the time to contact me in person in response to the comments I made in the survey. And I appreciate the gesture that has been made by ‘The Cape Verde Experience’ to make a compensation offer because of the problems we experienced with the hotel. Especially as our complaints were not with your Company but with the hotel itself.
However, having booked a much needed winter break to relax and recharge our batteries ready for the New Year, we do not feel that our complaints have been addressed and have tried contacting the hotel to discuss this. We have, to date, had no success in contacting anyone at the hotel as the ‘contact details’ displayed on the websites are returned as ‘Error - this address is not valid’.
We would appreciate any assistance you may be able to offer by way of names and addresses of people to contact to try and resolve our problems/issues. As the all inclusive idea is a new venture at this particular hotel we feel it would be beneficial for the owner to know exactly what problems there are at the hotel as well as where they are falling way short of expectations from the guests from what is being sold as a 4+ star hotel.
