Thanks for your comments but it is disappointing there were some issues with service and the gym and spa facilities were not fully operational.
We understand the lack of gym equipment was due to the container with the required items being delayed and the hotel confirmed there were some classes available and that spa treatments were provided at a discounted rate but I am sorry you were unhappy.
It is only a few weeks ago that the hotel opened and it is clear there have been some teething problems overall and in particular with the service. Many staff are hired locally and their service may not yet be as polished as that provided in other Hilton hotels worldwide but I would assure you the General Manager has been taking on board the feedback given by our representative and guests and is working hard to address all of the issues raised.
I hope that despite these issues, you enjoyed your stay overall.
