Sal is certainly not the most picturesque of destinations and most people visit for the beaches. The hotel itself is our most popular, so it's a shame you found the service and staff were not as expected. Your feedback will be forwarded to the owners.

Thank you for your feedback. The hotel Morabeza is one of the best on the island of Sal and very popular with our customers so we were sorry to read you didn't feel it value for money on this occasion.

I can see you spoke with our admin team before your departure and requested pre-allocated seats for your flights. As explained at the time, Thomas Cook have been experiencing problems with their new system, since December last year and this has resulted in passengers being unable to pre-book extra luggage or seat numbers. Currently we can only do this a few days before departure and I hope you did not encounter any difficulty when checking in. We have been assured they are trying to resolve these problems but I appreciate how frustrating this is for all concerned.

Thanks for recommending us to your friends. We offer a variety of hotels to suit different tastes and whilst the Morabeza Hotel is our most popular on Sal we appreciate some guests prefer the smaller hotels we feature.

Thanks for your comments about our company but sorry you were not keen on the Marine Club. We do advertise the hotel as having an Italian theme and some guests enjoy this but I can appreciate being the only English guests may not suit everyone.
