Tracey was a fount of knowledge about Santa maria and it was so good to have her there for advice. Flights, pick up, organisation was brilliant.

Everything well organised and rep on hand in hotel every morning offering advice about trips, prices, tours etc. Great to have reserved seats on flight too.
