Thank you for this feedback and we are sorry that you had issues with the couriers. During this strange time for us all the couriers are over the normal levels of parcels and trying to keep up with demand. Again we are sorry for any failings on the couriers

I can see from your email exchange that the staff member in question dealt with your issue within 24hr of you raising and at no point did you raise an problem with her service, as the actions she took to resolve the issue were happily accepted by yourself.
