Hi Cheryl, Thanks for your feedback. The person who makes the booking doesn't need to attend the event, so when you make a booking, it will ask you for the lead passenger who is Eden in this case and then the additional passenger who is also attending the event. Do you have the name of the second guest attending? I've checked your booking and we have Eden as both passengers attending.
