The cost effective cladding system reproduces the appearance of a traditional brick garage and it will look good for years to come. The cladding panels neatly interlock, giving a continuous brick finish with no piers and barely visible joins with neat corners. Any walls not brick clad feature durable Canterbury Spar chippings. The standard grey finish cement fibre roof sheets are robust and offer excellent drainage properties. The steel roof structure features welded steel trusses with a red oxide finish. Timber gables and fascias and a 4' wide timber window are also included. All timber is pressure treated as standard. Pressure treatment is a lifetime preservative treatment. A personnel door and guttering are available as optional extras. Other options include remote control door opening and an internal mortar fillet. Roof upgrades include decorative granular steel tiles and insulated tile-effect steel sheets.
