Baby Burt's Blue

My husband had this one (i'm not a blue cheese fan), and he loved it, he said it didn't have the bite/punch that most blue cheeses had but that he really enjoyed the difference. Handy size too!

Faultless

Creamy and tasty but quite mild for a blue cheese.

Not much blue but lots of salt.

Amazing! Tasted it for the first time after Christmas and wanted more, so I bought some.

Creamy and silky. Stays firm but spreads and the taste of the blue becomes more assertive as it ages - though it’s too delicious to leave very long!

Good but not great, perhaps a little young?

Mild but very flavoursome

A truly excellent creamy blue. Far removed from most "tonnage " products seen on supermarket chiller shelves.
