The website showed clear pictures of the lock and how it worked. This was so good as we had been to a local locksmith and looked at other websites without success. The locks arrived very quickly.

Locks arrived a day late, but probably due more to the delivery company than the Lockshop-warehouse. Overall, pleased with the service and product. Would use again.
