Ordered pack of pens. Money was taken. Then received email telling me I had been refunded as the price had gone up and they did not want to honour the price when order was placed

I was a disappointed as well be if items arrived damaged. I was offered a small discount or given the option to return to a shop. We don’t live near to a shop hence ordering online.
