We accept that many passengers were disappointed by the behaviour of the tour guide and on behalf of Topdeck Travel, we would like to apologise for the issues that arose during your trip. We hope that despite this issue you were still able to meet some wonderful people, see some spectacular sites and enjoy your time on your Topdeck trip. Please rest assured that since receiving your initial feedback we have made the necessary amendments and changes internally to ensure this feedback is not received again.
