Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, Sorry to hear that you seemed to have problems tracking your order. Our courier service should have sent you a text or an email once the product has been despatched from our warehouse. This then enables you to select specific times for delivery. Looking from our end this process was done, could you check your email again or check to see if the email went into you junk folder?
