Further to your recent review we would like to express our sincere apologies for your disappointment in the speed of the website and assure you that we are working with our web agency to help improve the site speed.Unfortunately our carrier will only allow us to age restrict all deliveries or none at all and due to Viners selling sharp knives, recent government legislation means we have to take extra measures to prevent the sale of sharp objects to anyone under the age of 18.The parcel being age restricted does not prevent you from selecting delivery to a pick-up location, DPD offers customers the ability to divert their parcel to the nearest DPD pick-up shop or added convenience.We are not sure why you were not able to select delivery to a pick-up location as this is still a function available, as you can provide identification at the pick-up location. This then enables you to select the closest pick-up location possible instead of having to go to a DPD depot. If you email customerservice@rayware.co.uk we can look into why you were unable to select the pick-up location option.ThanksViners
