Thank you for contacting Viners.We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some difficulty when initially placing your order, and we are pleased to hear that you have managed to resolve this.Orders can be placed quickly and efficiently directly with us however these must be placed via the correct channels of our online consumer website.Unfortunately we are unable to process orders via telephone. There are a few reasons for this to enable us to process your transaction in a lawful and secure way:1.We need to conduct security checks on the details you provide us for your payments,2.
