After review of your booking, we were pleased to see that you were able to take advantage of the Adults Pay Kids Prices + 14 Days for the Price of 7 bundle on your ticket only booking, which was valid for arrivals to 3rd Nov '24, when booked by 29th Feb '24. We appreciate that you wished to book a ticket to begin same day, however we kindly note that we are unable to sell tickets within a 3-day window of arrival, as we do need to allow enough time for your booking to be confirmed with our partners at Walt Disney World Resort. Nevertheless, we were sorry to learn you experienced challenges during the booking process. Rest assured that Guest feedback is an integral way for us to review the ways in which we can improve our website and advertising. Our Walt Disney World Resort Room and Ticket packages provide tickets for the duration of your stay so you can enjoy the magic from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. However, we do also have the option to make ticket only bookings, and hotel only bookings whereby you can choose the duration of your tickets and hotel separately. We have reviewed your booking and can see that you have been emailed your Disney ticket order confirmation which allows you to now link your tickets to My Disney Experience. Your order confirmation includes instructions on how to complete this, however we are glad to see that our Disney Expert, Embry, was also able to help explain how to link your tickets in My Disney Experience after your booking was created on our website.
