We are so sorry to hear of this. The engineer who returned to fix the gas leak has told me the initial engineer who attended marked the wall slightly with his ladders getting to the gas meter. We are sorry about this and I have advised the engineer to check his ladder for sharp /abrasive edges.. Please call our office on 0208 434 3644
