Very good customer service, responsive and transparent. However your rates are increasing by exorbitant and somehow prohibitive percentages

The products offered were fair priced, the discount was appreciated, and the review was fair. I just hope you do not deliver a price shock the 2nd year, as many of us are on fixed income.
