In many countries the cost of health care continues to grow and it is predicted that there will be no change to this trend over the coming years. It is not just the cost of health care that impacts on premiums, increased demand for international quality private care and advancement in technologies and wider treatments available are also contributing factors worldwide. We do work very closely with our insurers to ensure any increase in premiums that we may have to impose is reasonable and justified. We are constantly looking at ways that we can provide a comprehensive but affordable cover to our customers and we have provided a low claims discount where applicable for our HK customers.
