We do appreciate your comments and sincerely empathise with the difficulty you’re experiencing moving from the old faithful laundry boxes to Wilton Greens laundry bags and plastic wrappings. While we did look into the possible use of the boxes, after much consideration realised it wasn’t possible provide two different packing processing methods without compromising our high standards of finish and presentation.
