We are extremely sorry that this order has not yet been delivered. The order was placed after our deadline for next day delivery and was sent express the following day. Parcelforce attempted to deliver this order on 04/06 but no one was available to accept the delivery and according to Parcelforce's tracking site, a card was left advising the addressee to collect the parcel from a local post office. It would appear that our customer did not receive this card. I have now provided the relevant collection details to our customer and am extremely sorry that we are unable to supply a second delivery address for each parcel to our courier. Rob Schofield
